I had the blessing of being a a recipe tester for Dreena Burton's newest cookbook, and PEOPLE, it is going to be an awesome one!!! It was super fun to test the recipes out on my husband/family because each and every one was enjoyed by all! For example, we've made this Picnic Pasta Salad at least SIX times since I tested it. It's absolutely FABBULOUS and OIL-FREE! Make sure to put this one at the top of your list when you get the cookbook!

Dreena has moved away from cooking with oil and replaces it SO creatively in her recipes. No, the recipes are not all fat-free. We NEED some whole plant fats in our diets to be healthy! But, she uses them sparingly to improve texture and flavor, and she is a MASTER at doing it!
