I am always looking for ways NOT to waste. That's why I make my own
organic broth! Thankfully, my husband taught me this little trick, and I LOVE it! Instead of trying to cut around an apple or pear to remove the seeds and core, use a melon baller to scoop just that part out! That way, you don't waste a lot of the delicious flesh! Melon ballers are pretty sharp, so they work perfectly for this application.
