Thanksgiving: Forks Over Knives Fire-Brigade Stuffing

This is 100% NOT my recipe, but it is 100% always going to be on my Thanksgiving table! A couple years back, I saw this on the Forks Over Knives website, and it sounded like something my family would love. It is officially one of our main dishes every year. It's a huge recipe, so half or quarter it for smaller gatherings. You know that Esselstyn's HUGE!

NOTE: We leave the port wine out. Didn't like it with it. Add more veggie broth.
