Dehydrating Fresh Herbs

Today, I had to buy a big bunch of organic parsley for a dressing I was making, but I only used a small portion of it. I hate to waste food, so I simply dehydrate the remaining herbs if I know I won't be using them for another recipe in the near future. I love using my own spices rather than having to buy them. I just save the containers from store-bought spices, wash and dry them, and re-use them when I dehydrate. This dried parsley smells AMAZING!
