Strawberry Spinach Salad

Strawberry Spinach Salad
4 cups fresh spinach, washed and spun dry
8 oz. organic strawberries, washed and sliced

3-2-1 Dressing from Jane Esselsyn:
3T balsamic vinegar
2 T mustard
1 T maple syrup

Combine three ingredients and chill until ready to use.

Toss spinach and strawberries with 3-2-1 dressing and serve
