Spicy Peanut-Lime Slaw Dressing

Makes 2 cups of dressing

1 Asian pear (looks like an apple), cored
¼ cup Naked PB Peanut Butter Powder (no salt, oil, or sugar added)
¼ cup fresh lime juice
2 dates, pitted and chopped
1 T. sriracha sauce (more or less to taste)
1/8 t. salt
water to thin to desired consistency

Blend all ingredients until smooth, refrigerate and serve over shredded green and red cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro or use slaw mix.
