Epic Vegan Instant Pot Cooking: Black Bean Soup of Glory

I am cooking my way through the "Epic Vegan Instant Pot Cooking" by Derek Howlett and High Carb Hannah. Today, we chose to make this thick and rich soup! Paired with brown rice, steamed kale, fresh mango chunks and ribbons of Sriracha sauce, it was divine!

If you're looking for an informative pressure cooker book, HCH and Dman have done a terrific job of offering tips, tricks, and delightful recipes in an attractive guide with drool-worthy photos.
