Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding

I LOVE chia seed pudding, and I am always looking for variations to try. I found this unique Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding on the PlantPure Pods website. I added the raw oats into the pudding, which was a hint from Kim Campbell, author of the fabulous PlantPure Nation cookbook.

The breakfast pudding is made the night before so it's ready when you wake up. Takes one step (making breakfast) out of your busy morning! Also, if you make it in a jar, you can just slice in your bananas and add your nuts (and buckinis, if you like) to take on the go!

This chia pudding is a mild vanilla-cinnamon flavor and has the divine touch of unsweetened coconut flakes to give it class.
