Oil-Free Basil Walnut Pesto

2 cups of fresh basil
1/2 cup walnuts
1 T. chia seeds
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 t. fresh lemon juice
1/4 t. salt
1-2 T water

Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Serve over pasta, as a base for pizza,  or as a salad seasoning!
