Strawberry-Banana Clafouti

Loved it so much; we made it again!
I made Chef AJ's Strawberry-Banana Clafouti with Pear Cashew Cream for company tonight.No added sugar, oil, or salt! Made from whole foods.  Located in The China Study All-Stars cookbook on pp. 246-247.
